ST 101 - Occupational Skills Training I

Prerequisite(s):  

Permission of Instructor.

Course Description: Provides work-related study and learning in selected occupational environments. Through this experience students will learn the essential technical, relational, and employability skills related to their occupational goal and individual work plan. Course is repeatable up to 12 credits.

Course Learning Outcomes:

  • CLO#1: Perform occupation-related duties and tasks as directed.
  • CLO#2: Communicate with worksite leads to establish skill attainment goals and benchmarks that align with the student’s work plan. (ILO) Communication
  • CLO#3: Evaluate professional growth based on work experiences and mentor feedback.
