Course Description: Explores child growth and development from prenatal through adolescence. Focuses on studying and observing the physical, cognitive, language, social and emotional aspects of the individual during this period. Examines principles and theories of learning. Formerly offered as ED165. Requires observing children in a classroom setting.

- CLO#3: Identify the major child development theories.
