Course Description: This foundational course covers concepts, key terminology, and skills that are used by managers to propose, plan, secure resources, budget, and lead teams to successful completion of their projects.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- CLO#1: Define key project management terms.
- CLO#2: Analyze the environment in which projects operate.
- CLO#3: Identify a generalized view of how the various project management processes commonly interact.
