Course Description: This course covers the essentials of social media marketing, focusing on how companies leverage social platforms to promote products, engage customers, and convey their brand’s mission and values. Key topics include building online conversations, developing effective social media strategies, branding through social channels, creating valuable content, aligning social media with offline marketing, and understanding the role and benefits of a social media consultant.
